These are the terms under which Sysmetica provides its revenue operating system to padel clubs and racquet-sport venues. Paid agreements between Sysmetica and a club are governed by a signed order form + master services agreement, which takes precedence over this document where they conflict.
1. Definitions
"Sysmetica", "we", "us" — Sysmetica Development sp. z o.o. "Club" — an operator of a bookable racquet-sport venue using the service. "Service" — the Sysmetica web admin and any supporting mobile apps or APIs.
2. Pilot program
Pilot agreements are month-to-month and cancellable at the end of any billing cycle. Pilots run in parallel with existing club software on 1–2 courts. Pilot success is measured against explicit fill-rate lift thresholds defined in the pilot agreement.
3. Pricing
- Core. €199 / month subscription + 1.00% of GMV processed through Sysmetica.
- Pro. €299 / month subscription + 0.75% of GMV processed.
- GMV = gross value of bookings, open-play sessions, and split-pay seats processed through Sysmetica. Refunds are netted. External bookings on other platforms are not counted.
4. Acceptable use
Clubs agree to use the service lawfully and to respect player consent for push, SMS, and email communications. Sysmetica is not responsible for club-originated content — if you send it, you own it.
5. Data & export
Clubs own their data. Every booking, player record, and broadcast is exportable on demand, in a structured format, in one click. On contract termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
6. Availability
Sysmetica targets 99.9% monthly availability. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside peak court hours.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sysmetica's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We will email clubs at least 30 days before material changes to these terms. For the marketing site, updates take effect when posted — with a fresh "last updated" date at the top of this page.
