Sysmetica is the revenue operating system for padel clubs and racquet-sport venues. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and the choices you have. We keep this document short on purpose.
1. Who we are
Sysmetica Development sp. z o.o. ("Sysmetica", "we", "us") is a company registered in Warsaw, Poland. We act as the data controller for our marketing site and as a data processor on behalf of clubs that use our platform.
2. What we collect
- Marketing contact data. When you request a pilot or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you submit — club name, your name, email, role, number of courts, and anything else you include in the message.
- Usage telemetry. Anonymised analytics on the marketing site (page views, session length). No third-party advertising trackers.
- Operator platform data. For clubs using Sysmetica, we process booking, court, player, and payment data strictly on your behalf. Data processing agreements (DPAs) govern that relationship.
3. Where we store it
All personal data is stored in EU data centres. We are GDPR-compliant. We do not transfer data outside the EEA except where covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Who we share with
We use a small number of vetted sub-processors for email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. The current list is available on request. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@sysmetica.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Retention
Marketing contacts are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Operator platform data is retained per the club's DPA and deleted on club request or within 90 days of contract termination.
